Description

This series heavy pipe crusher does not require shredding for medium-diameter pipes, and can be directly crushed and recycled in one step.
The specially designed pipe feeding hopper of this series of models enters the pipe and forms a specific angle with the crusher rotor to achieve the best crushing effect. The crushing length of pipes and profiles can reach 6 meters.
It also has large rotor bearings, tool racks and rotors. The standard V-shaped cutting technology is conducive to improve the cutting recovery efficiency and reduce the dust content in the recycled material.
For materials with higher strength and larger volume, the impact force can be reduced. At the same time, it also avoids the possibility of the spindle moving tool being blocked by the material.Special steel and strong welding technology ensure product quality.
Power is in the range of 22-160KW,the output is between 450-1200kg/h.
